If we have to collect a product that you have cancelled, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified to you at the time of cancellation. If you amend or change your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you’ll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend or cancel the order). Ultimately, any changes you make to your order must be notified to us in writing. The cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to plants.ĬANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS If for any reason you're unhappy with your tree, we will gladly replace it free of charge provided that you contact us within 3 days of delivery. Stump removal is important because the rotting stumps can spread disease to the healthy trees. We're so confident our trees are the best you will find that we guarantee their quality. They then hire someone to clean the stumps out every 4-5 years. Trees cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example in the event they are faulty or damaged. If you contact us within 48 hours of taking delivery of your tree (and if there is a genuine issue) we will endeavour to replace the tree at the next available delivery slot. If for whatever reason you aren’t happy with your tree we advise you to let us know as soon as possible.
